Fredericksburg

We all recently made another trip to Fredericksburg, TX. On the way down, Audrey got car sick in Waco. What a nightmare. We looked so white trash with a crying, naked toddler in a diaper standing in the Starbucks parking lot. A change of clothes, cleaning of vomit out of the car seat, a little lysol spray and Febreeze, and we were on our way again. Luckily, no more car sickness!!!! And luckily the house we stayed at had liquid soap and a water hose!

Not feeling so hot...

One morning we climbed Enchanted Rock, which is a really big rock that apparently a lot people like to climb in Texas. Audrey and Jake climbed too! She did very well most of the time and then wanted to be carried on the way down. I was very impressed with her stamina! Here are some pictures, and yes, that is a 'hands free hand-holding device' strapped to her wrist. Hey, what if she slipped?! She wouldn't go far!

Then we went to the park to fly a kite for the first time. She was interested for about 5 minutes and then she wanted to climb the play toys. Oh well!

It was so bright outside while shopping...
